Refunds will be processed through NM TIE as follows:
Early Bird Registration
- If an online cancellation has been made by August 31, 2008 and payment has been received, a full refund will be mailed to the attendee and an email to confirm cancellation of the registration. Payment instructions will be made with the attendee or designated individual by the attendee and the NM TIE Coordinator.
- If an online cancellation has been made by August 31, 2008 but payment has not been received, no further action will take place and the attendee will receive a confirmed cancellation via email.
- If a cancellation has been made by telephone, email, or fax by August 31, 2008 the NM TIE Coordinator will contact you and send a confirmed cancellation of the attendee's registration via email.
- Refunds will not given after August 31, 2008.
Late Registration
- If an online cancellation has been made by September 30, 2008 and payment has been received, a full refund will be mailed to the attendee and an email to confirm cancellation of the registration. Payment instructions will be made with the attendee or designated individual by the attendee and the NM TIE Coordinator.
- If an online cancellation has been made by September 30, 2008 but payment has not been received, no further action will take place and the attendee will receive a confirmed cancellation via email.

Payment instructions will be made with the exhibitor representative or designated individual by the representative and the NM TIE Coordinator.
- If an online cancellation has been made by September 15, 2008 but payment has not been received, no further action will take place and the exhibitor will receive a confirmed cancellation via email.
- If a cancellation has been made by telephone, email, or fax by September 15, 2008 the NM TIE Coordinator will contact you and send a confirmed cancellation of the exhibitor's registration via email.
