NRMLA 2008 Eastern Regional Meeting
Monday, April 07, 2008 - Tuesday, April 08, 2008

Hyatt Regency at Penn's Landing
201 South Columbus Blvd.
Philadelphia, PA 19106

Because our industry is evolving at such a rapid pace, with new products introduced and oversight of the HECM program by HUD increasing, the NRMLA Eastern Regional Meeting will have special focus on compliance, risk management, best practices and fraud prevention.

Staff from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Philadelphia Homeownership Center will be participating throughout this program. The NRMLA Eastern Regional Meeting will conclude with a Town Hall Meeting giving attendees an opportunity to ask important questions to key HUD personnel who have direct supervision of the HECM program.

Along with the NRMLA-sponsored sessions, Day 2 of the NRMLA Eastern Regional Meeting will feature programming co-produced by the National Aging in Place Council. These programs will feature important aging topics such as:

• Innovative Programs that Promote Aging in Place

• Medicare Issues in 2008

• Cutting Edge Assistive Technology
