<sup>The Housing Finance and Construction Department is offering two-day rental housing production application training on January 24th and 25th from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. both days. All applicants that are considering submitting an application for rental housing production are strongly encouraged to attend this training. The training will focus on providing detailed information and instructions on the new rental housing production web-based application. Additional topics that will be discussed at the training include; changes to the Qualified Allocation Plan for Housing Credits, scoring criteria for all KHC rental housing production funding sources, including Housing Credits, compliance issues, design and plan review, reviewing of the underwriting models and credit reviews, ribbon cutting and groundbreakings, asset management, service plans, ect. A more in-depth agenda will be forthcoming.

There is no cost for attending the training. The training will be held at the Crowne Plaza, also known as The Campbell House, located at 1376 Harrodsburg Road, Lexington, Kentucky, 40504.
