Learn about the region's food system from those working in the region, hear from provocative speakers and engage in thoughtful discussions with colleagues about key issues-water, energy, protecting traditional food systems, and, of course, share and enjoy delicious local food together.

Note: for those planning to attend the Monday June 25th Site visit you should plan to arrive on Sunday June 24th.

FORUM REGISTRATION FEES
Registration should be done online. You may pay by credit card online. To pay by check first register online then send a check - made payable to Community Partners fbo SAFSF – and send to:

Our registration fee includes all Forum related materials; workshops; both site visits (Monday and Wednesday) including transportation; and all meals as follows:
- Monday, June 25: breakfast, lunch, Local foods reception/dinner
- Tuesday, June 26: breakfast, lunch, Summer evening picnic at Walnut Woods State Park – transportation and entertainment included
- Wednesday, June 27: breakfast and lunch (Dinner is on your own and at your own expense)
- Thursday, June 28: breakfast and lunch
The following rates apply for the full 4-day program (Monday – Thursday, June 25-28) unless otherwise noted:
SAFSF Member Rate Special - $375.00 (Due on or before June 8th)
(This rate is available only for those funders who’s dues are current or have provided SAFSF with grant support in 2007. If you have questions about your membership status, please contact Virginia PRIOR to registering at 805. 687-0551 or firstname.lastname@example.org)
Non-member rate - early Registration - $475.00 (Due on or before May 16th)
Non-member rate – late Registration - $550.00 (Due on or before June 8th)
Single day rate (any day Monday –Thursday) - $150.00 (Due on or before June 8th)
Guest rate: $200 (incudes continental breakfasts Monday-Thursday at the hotel, Monday night local foods reception/dinner at hotel and Tuesday night summer evening picnic. Guests may register for either of the Monday or Wednesday site visits for an additional fee of $75.)
Children's Fee: $225 (includes all meals Monday breakfast through lunch on Thursday except Wednesday night dinner, particpation on Monday and Wednesday site visits. This fee also includes all program activities planned for the kids on Tuesday and Thursday - described below).

Cancellations: Cancellations must be received in writing (email@example.com)
If received no later than May 25 - full refund minus $50 admin fee.
If received between May 25 – June 10th, 50% refund, minus $50 admin fee.
If received after June 10th - No refund will be available.
