   As a non-funded participant, you are requested to pay a $85 registration fee.  The Minority Leadership Training Program pre-conference will be held January 20-22, 2010. The Minority Leadership Training (MLT) is held in conjunction with the Mid-Atlantic Regional Leadership Conference (MARLC).  The MARLC will be held January 22-24, 2010.  If you would like to attend this conference, the registration fee is $150.
