FORUM REGISTRATION FEES

Full rates apply for the full 4-day program (Monday – Thursday, June 23-26) and includes all Forum related materials;
workshops; both site visits (Monday and Wednesday) including transportation; and all meals as follows:

  • Monday, June 23: breakfast, lunch, local foods reception/dinner
  • Tuesday, June 24: breakfast, lunch
  • Wednesday, June 25: breakfast and lunch
  • Thursday, June 26: breakfast and lunch

SAFSF MEMBER-only Special - $375.00 (Due on or before June 10 th)

Non-member rate
  • Early Registration - $475.00 (before May 23rd)
  • Late Registration - $550.00 (before June 13th)


Single day rate $150.00 (member or non-member) Good for any day Monday–Thursday (before June 10 th )

Cancellations:
We know there are times when one must cancel participation in an event. 
Please note that cancellations must be received in writing (vclarke@safsf.org)
If received no later than May 23 - full refund minus $50 administration fee.
If received between May 26 – June 13th , 50% refund, minus $50 administration fee.
If received after June 13th - No refund will be available.

      Guest rate:   $200 (includes continental breakfasts Monday-Thursday at the hotel, Monday night local foods
     reception/dinner at hotel. Guests may register for either of the Monday or Wednesday site visits for an additional
     fee of $75.)

Children: 

There will NOT be a children’s program in Portland this year.  

Parents bringing children will be expected to make arrangements for their children during the Forum sessions.

Children’s Fee:
Meals: Parents who are planning to have their children eat breakfast and/or attend the Monday evening local food dinner will be charged $100/child.
