You pay only for the events you want to attend.

Cancellation Policy

20% fee (calculated on total price) through March 31, 2008; then 30% through May 31, 2008; no cancellations after that.

Substitutions may be made for one person to attend in another's place. Splitting events from one registration to two or more people is not allowed (can't transfer ThrillerFest to one person, banquet to another, for example). Free through March 31, 2008, then 10% fee through May 31, 2008; no substitutions after that. Notify the registrar at tfestreg@thrillerwriters.org to cancel or substitute.

ThrillerFest 2008 will be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City. There are limited rooms available at our conference rate. As soon as you register, please make your hotel reservation--don't wait! Once our block of rooms is filled, there will be no space available at the conference rate. You must be registered for the conference before making a hotel reservation.
