TrakSYS Basic Training [ November 11th thru 13th ]

The TrakSYS™ Basic Training Course is a 3-day instructor-led class which provides the participants with a fundamental overview of the concepts and terms associated with TrakSYS™.

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to configure TrakSYS™ to effectively address their productivity improvement requirements. The course will concentrate on event and KPI configuration, monitoring, and reporting. The participant will develop an understanding of why and how TrakSYS™ is utilized as a real-time performance management and reporting tool. The course will also teach how to retrieve and report key performance indicators (KPIs) using the WEBTrak™ Knowledge Management Portal.
