Registration Instructions

IMPORTANT: The GORE-TEX™ TransRockies Run is a team event - each team must have two (2) members: one (1) Team Leader and one (1) Team Member.

- Team members may register separately, or one person may register both members of the team at the same time.

- If one person registers both members, that person must register as the Team Leader and will be responsible for choosing the team name and racing category. All fees associated with the team will be charged to the Team Leader's profile. The Team Member will not be able to choose/edit the team name or racing category through their registration profile.

- If you register separately, the Team Leader's registration holds the team spot. Individuals without a teammate at the time of registration must register as the Team Leader and pay a full team deposit of $400 in order to secure a team spot. Team Members can be added at a later date, but must be registered no later than August 10, 2008 to ensure inclusion on the start list.

- Team Members should not register until the Team Leader has registered.

- Both members of the team must be paid in full before they will be added to the official start list and allowed to race.

If you are a qualified member of the media and have been referred to this page, please complete your registration in full, and enter a 'check' payment of $0.00 in the payment section. Once we verify your qualified media status with our media team your registration will be confirmed.

The fees for all registrants in the group will be added together and charged to the Team Leader's name.
