On-line registration closes October 22, 2007 at 5 pm EST. After that date, you must register On-site where an additional $50 will be added to the registration fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations will be accepted up to October 15, 2007 and must be received in writing to dschreiber@same.org. Conference costs will be refunded in full minus a handling and processing charge of $50.00 for individual registration and $100.00 for exhibit space registration.  Refunds will not be issued after October, 15, 2007. You may also transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending the conference.  

NO refunds can be given after October 15, 2007; except for deployed forces.

SAME routinely reviews its registration information with hotels and other service providers connected with its conferences, and gains access to such providers similar registration information, with a view to ensuring proper credit is made for attendance at the conference.
