Endorsement and Testimonial Release. I hereby authorize The Wizetrade Group, LLP, its subsidiary companies and agents (“Wizetrade Group”) to use in connection with the advertising, promotion, and sale of any and all Wizetrade Group software products or services, including but not limited to Wizetrade Stocks, Wizetrade Options, Wizetrade FOREX, Wizetrade Commodities, CommandTRADE, WizeFinder, Option Hunter, 4XTracker, 4Xfeed, Wizefeed, Optionsfeed, or Wizetrade University (collectively “the Products”), my name, city and state of residence along with any written or recorded representations or communications made at WizeFEST 2008 about the Products (“Communications”). Such authorization includes my consent to the use by Wizetrade Group of my name, voice, photograph, video image, and likeness, together with any portion or all of the contents of my Communications.
