  Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received through the RegOnline registration system 3 weeks before the class date. If cancellation is received by the deadline, a full refund will be given. No refund will be given for cancellation requests received after the deadline, although substitutions are welcome at no additional fee.  Substitutions must be made through the RegOnline registration system at least 1 day prior to the class start date.  Exact cancellation deadlines are given on each location's event summary page.

Eclipse reserves the right to cancel a training class, in which case registrants will be refunded their registration fees.
Eclipse will not be responsible for any attendees' other related expenses, including hotel and travel. Classes will be confirmed at least 2 weeks prior to the class start date.
