Credit/debit cards are the only form of payment accepted online. Government & non-profit users requiring other methods of payment may contact us at 913-541-0220 or email Debora at deb@bakerenvironmental.com before beginning your registration.

Please note: prior to starting the registration, you need to have the attendee's HOME address, last four digits of their SSN and date of birth. This personal information must be accurate as it is used to create the certificate at the end of the class. We also need the attendee's email and cell or work phone number to send location information and make a reminder phone call prior to the class. Thank you for your help in making sure our information is as accurate as possible.

Cancellations, No-Show, and Transfers:

All cancellation requests by Purchaser or Attendees must be received by BEC, in writing (email, fax, or letter) at least 72 hours prior to the starting time of the class. The fee for cancelling with 72 hours or more notice is 1/3 the course cost. The fee for cancelling with less than 72 hours written notice is 100% of the course fee.

No-Shows will be treated as a class cancelled by the attendee or purchaser without appropriate written 72 hour notice. No refunds will be made.

If an attendee or purchaser requests transfer to a different class prior to 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the original class, one transfer will be made with an assessed fee of $10.00.  Any subsequent transfer(s) will be assessed $25.00 per transfer. Any transfer after a class has been missed will be assessed an additional $50.00 fee. If a transfer request with less than 72 hours notice causes a class to not make minimum attendees, an additional fee of 33% of the cost of the class may be assessed.

Last minute cancellations due to illness or emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

COURSE CANCELLATION BY BEC:

BEC reserves the right to cancel and reschedule the training course.

If a training course is canceled by BEC and not rescheduled, a full refund shall be made to Purchaser if payment has already been made.

If a training course is rescheduled by BEC, all fees paid by Purchaser prior to cancellation shall be retained by BEC as a credit towards the rescheduled training course.

No reimbursement of costs incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel or hotel/motel costs will be made.
