The Association of Government Contact Center Employees is seeking speakers for our annual conference.  Attendees are Government Contact Center Professionals and support personnel such as IT/Communications Specialists  from across the USA and Canada.  We estimate attendance will be between 50 and 100 people.

Conference Dates:  May 15-17, 2012
Location:  Downtown St. Louis City, Missouri

Missouri is the "Show-Me State" and we are looking to load this conference up with workshops that show attendees how things are done by their peers in other cities.  We also want to show off new technology and how it is changing life in the contact center.  If you feel you have a story to share and examples to offer, please submit a speaker application today!  You can either complete the survey as a panel moderator (tell us who your panel will consist of) or you can indicate you'd like to be a panel member (tell us your story and we'll match you up with similar panelists).  Special consideration will be given to panels which include call center staff who can speak from personal experience and to panels which address one of the following topics:

  • Knowledge Management
  • Use of Social Networking in the contact center
  • Open311
  • Collaboration with external agencies (211, 911, citizen groups, etc)
  • Internal communication with operating departments
  • Starting a new 311/Contact Center
  • Mechanics of a Call Center (CTI, IVR, ACD, VOIP, Call Recording)
  • Service Experience Management
  • Customer Service Training/Certification
  • Call Center Metrics/Reporting

Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions or any difficulties completing your on-line application/survey.
