Representatives of the Mutti brand will be at La Scuola for the first time to share the history of their company and explore their line of products. Carlo Casoni, Mutti's Chef, will incorporate Mutti products into three unique and authentic tomato recipes, demonstrating each dish for you to taste paired with complementary wines. Class will be complete with adapted recipes and tasting notes to take home.

Carlo Casoni was born in Reggio Emilia. He attended Carlo Porta's prestigious Hotel&Restaurant school in Milan and started working during summer holidays as an assistant chef in many Italian restaurants and hotels.During the 90’s he had the opportunity to collaborate with several important Italian and foreign Michelin starred chefs. In 2000 he joined the Ferrari F1 Team and subsequently spent five years cooking meals for the Ferrari staff during the Gran Prix around the world, serving such drivers as Schumacher, Barrichello, the president Montezemolo and many international celebrities who dined at Ferrari’s Paddock club. In 2005 Casoni moved to the Honda Team, where he worked for 2 years as Italian chef for the Japanese team. Immediately following an experience in Melbourne, Australia at the famous Italian Restaurant, Caffe Cucina, Casoni began collaborating with Mutti S.p.A. as early as 2010 as the brand's Gourmet Chef, attending International events as well as shows and seminars promoting the use of Mutti's products around the world.
