Advance registration for the 2013 AMCHP Annual Conference is now closed.
To register, or to make changes or attendee substitutions to an existing registration, please visit AMCHP's Onsite Registration counter, which will be located at the West Registration Desk in the Omni Shoreham Hotel.
To expedite the onsite process, you may complete the Onsite Registration Form and bring it with you to the registration counters.
Pre-registration for Training Institute (TI) Events on Saturday and Sunday is closed. Additional attendees will be allowed entry to skills building sessions as space allows.
Onsite registration will be available during the following dates and times:
Saturday, February 9: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday, February 10: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Monday, February 11: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday, February 12: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Registration Cancellations, Refunds, & Substitutions
The deadline to receive a refund for cancelled registration fees was January 23, 2013. We are no longer issuing refunds or credits for cancelled registrations. Attendee substitutions are permitted and may be requested at the onsite registration counters. Written consent from the original attendee must be provided. No-shows are nonrefundable.
