Join us at La Scuola as we collaborate with La Cucina Italiana to cook up authentic Roman recipes in celebration of Eataly Roma first "birthday"! The Chef of La Scuola will demonstrate 4 traditional Italian recipes using only the best ingredients as guests enjoy everything that is prepared. Dishes will be paired with complementary wines. Class will be complete with adapted recipes and wine tasting notes to take home. La Cucina Italiana will also provide each guest with a copy of their timeless magazine, a favorite of every Italian food lover!
