Welcome to registration for the NAVSA 2013 Conference!
Registration for the 2013 NAVSA Conference entitles participants to attend all panel and plenary sessions at the Pasadena Westin, October 23-27, as well as the welcome reception the evening of Thursday, October 24. Registrants are also granted free wi-fi access throughout the conference. Breakfast, snacks, and coffee will be provided each day, but participants are responsible for their own lunches and dinners on 23-25; those wishing to participate in the NAVSA banquet on Saturday, October 26 can register on the following form. NAVSA 2013 registrants also gain free admission to the Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens at any time during the conference, and you may register for shuttles to both institutions on the following form.
Early registration for the conference ends September 15. Special conference rates at the Pasadena Westin expire September 24.
Faculty: $220 (after September 15, $235)
Adjunct/Lecturer/Post-Doctoral Scholar: $170 (after September 15, $185)
Graduate Students: $100 (after September 15, $125)
All registrants will be charged a service fee in addition to the stated registration fees above. The amount will be $3.55 + 3.95% of the total before the $3.55 is added.

Registrants may cancel their registration for a partial refund up to September 15th. Faculty will be charged a $75.00 administration cost for doing so plus a 3.95% service fee, and graduate students $40.00 plus the same 3.95% service fee. To cancel please email NAVSA2013@gmail.com. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after September 15th, 2013.
NAVSA Graduate Student Travel Fund:

Registration upon Arrival:
On-site registration will open at noon on Wednesday, October 23, at the Pasadena Westin. Participants will be able to pick up name badges and conference programs from that point forward throughout the conference.
