The acclaimed International Chef's Forum Identità Golose returns to Eataly New York for its fourth U.S. edition. Identità Golose brings together six of Italy’s most notable chefs and New York City’s most celebrated culinary personalities in a three-day workshop – OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!
Six intimate seminars will invite a handful of foodies to experience the work of all-star chefs first hand, and be exposed to the latest culinary techniques and trends that define today’s international culinary world.
"Feed the Planet. Energy for Life*” will serve as the leitmotif for the fourth New York edition of Identità Golose. The workshop will spark a culinary debate featuring the simplest and most universal ingredients (pasta, rice, fish, cheese, eggs and tomatoes), their variations and gastronomic applications – while giving guests the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to taste the most delicious food, cooked and plated by the world’s most capable hands.
Wine will be available to sip throughout the tastings.

IDENTITÀ Golose, founded in 2004 by Italian food journalist Paolo Marchi, is a culinary organization whose mission is to highlight the best of contemporary Italian cuisine, showcase the culinary excellence of each Italian region and honor the top Italian chefs who proudly blend traditional techniques with modern methods. The first Identità Golose event was held in Milan in 2005, and six events have been held since, each one showcasing the greatest Italian and international chefs, pastry chefs, and artisanal producers. The success of Identità Golose in Italy eventually led to the launch of Identità London in 2009. Following the success of the London event, Identità Golose decided to share the talent of Italy’s finest chefs with an American audience - the first Identità Golose New York took place in 2010 at Eataly.
