Description

Tai ​Chi ​is ​a ​series ​of ​slow, ​meditative ​movements ​that ​improve ​health ​through ​relaxation, ​mindfulness, ​and ​strengthening ​postures. ​This ​6-week ​introductory ​class ​is ​designed ​for ​adults ​who ​would ​like ​to ​explore ​the ​mindful ​movements ​of ​Tai ​Chi ​to ​invite ​calm ​and ​healing ​into ​their ​lives. ​Each ​session ​will ​introduce ​movements ​tied ​to ​a ​weekly ​theme ​meant ​to ​encourage ​reconnection ​of ​your ​body, ​mind, ​and ​spirit. ​
(No ​previous ​experience ​necessary. ​Please ​note ​that ​classes ​are ​cumulative. ​First ​class ​sessions ​are ​recommended ​for ​single ​class ​attendees.)

Cost ​is ​$80 ​for ​full ​6-week ​class ​or ​$15 ​per ​session.
