Course 8250

This course will teach students how to install and configure NetIQ BSM 4.7 and 5.0 The course will present the material in an implementation order framework to enable students to understand how to approach a very complicated product implementation project. This course is needed to train partners and NeqIQ consulting staff in the product.

Key objectives:
  1. Understand what NOC does for an organization
  2. Understand what the implementation project will entail
  3. Understand the basic components required to develop a NOC solution
  4. Understand how to develop Service Models
  5. Understand how to develop Layout Views
  6. Understand how to develop Dashboards
  7. Understand how to Monitor an IT environment
