This course covers the SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 product. Students learn the tools and techniques to monitor, analyze and tune SUSE Linux Enterprise Server.

  • Monitor their system
  • Organize the information they have gathered into a system baseline
  • Analyze the data they collect on an iterative basis
  • Perform general Tuning on of CPU, RAM, Network I/O, Disk I/O
  • Repeat the the monitoring, analysis and tuning to achieve optimum performance in their own environment
