Description

Join ​a ​community ​conversation ​with ​Dr. ​Allison ​Harvey, ​Professor ​of ​Psychology ​at ​Berkeley ​University, ​and ​Dr. ​Monique ​LeBourgeois ​and ​Dr. ​Kenneth ​P. ​Wright ​Jr., ​from ​CU ​Boulder’s ​Department ​of ​Integrative ​Physiology, ​to ​learn ​the ​about ​healthy ​sleep ​across ​the ​lifecycle. ​ ​

Dr. ​LeBourgeois ​will ​speak ​about ​her ​research ​on ​understanding ​early ​sleep ​and ​Dr. ​Wright ​will ​speak ​about ​sleep ​during ​adolescence, ​adulthood, ​and ​aging. ​Dr. ​Harvey ​will ​discuss ​strategies ​for ​cultivating ​and ​sustaining ​health ​sleep, ​as ​well ​as ​when ​and ​where ​to ​get ​help ​when ​needed ​to ​support ​healthy ​sleep. ​
