    A dentist can register up to three staff members.  The dentist must first register and then he/she will have the opportunity to add staff members as guests later in the registration process.  A dentist can register up to three staff members for a fee of $150 per guest.  The fees associated with this course will be charged to dentist. 

Description

INSTRUCTIONS: ​Dentists ​can ​register ​up ​to ​3 ​non-dentist ​team ​members ​at ​a ​fee ​of ​$150 ​per ​staff ​member. ​ ​The ​dentist ​must ​register ​FIRST ​and ​then ​he/she ​will ​have ​the ​opportunity ​to ​add ​staff ​members ​later ​in ​the ​registration ​process. ​ ​Start ​by ​selecting ​your ​registration ​type: ​ADA ​member ​or ​non-ADA ​member. ​ ​The ​fees ​associated ​with ​this ​course ​will ​be ​charged ​to ​the ​dentist. ​ ​Before ​starting, ​it ​will ​be ​easier ​if ​you ​have ​your ​staff ​members' ​information: ​name, ​address, ​license ​type, ​etc.

The ​American ​Dental ​Association ​in ​collaboration ​with ​the ​University ​of ​Pacific ​Arthur ​A. ​Dugoni ​School ​of ​Dentistry ​are ​hosting ​“Dentistry ​in ​Long-term ​Care: ​Creating ​Pathways ​to ​Success,” ​an ​eight ​module ​continuing ​education ​program ​for ​oral ​health ​professionals. ​ ​This ​program ​qualifies ​for ​10 ​continuing ​education ​credits. ​ ​It ​is ​a ​self-paced ​online ​course ​that ​should ​be ​completed ​in ​6 ​months ​from ​registration ​date. ​ ​
