Discounts cannot be applied after completing registration. Please review the Discounts & Scholarship options and request any qualifying discount 72 hours prior to registering.
Cancellation & Other Fees
Cancellation of Speaker Registration
Cancellation Request must be made in writing and received by Thursday, January 28, 2016. A $75 processing fee will be assessed. There will be no refunds after Thursday, January 28, 2016. Speakers must register by Thursday, January 28, 2016 – there will be no on-site speaker registration.
Cancellation of Attendee & Exhibitor Registration
Cancellation Request must be made in writing and received by Friday, February 26, 2016. A $60 processing fee will be assessed. There will be no refunds after Friday, February 26, 2016. All no-shows will be charged the full amount.
Administrative Processing Fee
Changes unrelated to initial registration and cancellation may be subject to a $30.00 Administrative Processing Fee. To mitigate the fee please make sure persons being registered are correct, the type of registration is correct (speaker, attendee, exhibitor, etc.) and that the payment method used is correct.
Please have all purchase orders submitted within 2 weeks of registering, or by Monday, March 7, 2016, whichever is sooner.
At the close of business (5:00 PM PST) on Monday, March 7, 2016 we will accept credit card payments only. Registrations submitted with purchase order payment prior to this change will be accepted, but payment must be submitted immediately or brought to the conference for processing.

Please do not submit final payment check for purchase order to the Center on Disabilities. CSUN's Accounts Receivable will invoice purchase orders for final payment. Final payment instructions for purchase orders will be supplied by CSUN's Accounts Receivable. If you have not been contacted by CSUN's Accounts Receivable within 1 month of submitting your purchase order to the Center on Disabilities, please contact the Center on Disabilities about the matter.
