Whether registering online or by mail, checks/money orders will be accepted until September 2, 2016.
Full payments must be made by the registration deadline of September 2, 2016.
If a registrant is unable to attend, an attendee substitution may be made in writing no later than three business days prior to the event. On site substitutions will not be permitted. If a registrant needs to cancel without an attendee substitution, the cancellation must be made in writing no later than one week prior to the event to receive full credit toward the next event. If a registrant does not attend the event, they are responsible for the entire registration fee. No refunds will be given, no exceptions. HBCU CDM Inc. and the hosting organization, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to cancel any event at any time. All fees paid by Exhibitor shall, in the sole discretion of HBCU CDM Inc., be credited to future events. If the exposition or any part thereof is cancelled for any reason beyond the control of HBCU CDM Inc. such as, but not limited to, damage or destruction to buildings, war, riots, strikes, weather, acts of government, or acts of God, then HBCU CDM Inc. will issue credits but is not obligated to refund any fees. In all cases, credits from event postponement or cancellation must be used within 12 months of the original postponement/cancellation dates. After 12 months, a credit on the account will be considered non-refundable by HBCU CDM Inc.
