The 1st Renaud Society Wine Competition was held last year in Walla Walla, WA and awarded the coveted Renaud Tastevin to Skylite Cellars for their 2006 Reserve. The beautiful gold tastevin, mounted on a crystal testimonial, is proudly displayed in their tasting room in Walla Walla, Washington. Many excellent wines were awarded gold, silver, and bronze medals in a blinded judging by food and wine professionals, society commandeurs, and some of our research scientists. The Renaud Tastevin is a special honor bestowed on the highest scoring gold medal winner, and recognized as “best-in-show”.
Press releases and Desert Heart Foundation partner media participation provide well deserved visible recognition for winning entries.
