Authors are invited to submit individual contributions to a General Session or to a particular Special Session. Accepted authors will then have the option to upload a full paper if they so choose. An author may submit up to one abstract for oral presentation and one for a poster; however, there is no limit on the number of papers they are a co-author on.

abstract file and you have ensured
that it meets the following guidelines...
File Type: Please ensure your file is either a Microsoft Word document (.doc or .docx) or an Adobe PDF and less than 20 MB in size.
Name:Your file name must NOT contain any underscores or special
characters. We suggest naming it something simple like
Format: Please format the text and cite all authors as shown in this Sample Abstract.
Length: Abstracts should not exceed one page in length.

Non-authors who cannot attend are eligible to receive a full refund less a $250 processing fee ($50 for students) if cancelling by March 19, 2012. No refunds after March 19, 2012. Substitutions are allowed at any time. There will be no refunds to the presenting authors of accepted papers.
