If you are paying by credit card, it will be processed instantaneously and you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a printable receipt. If you are paying by check or any other method, you will be able to print an invoice after registering. Then, once your payment has been received and processed successfully by our office, you will receive a receipt via email.
A cancellation fee of $250 for regular registrants and $50 for student registrants applies if a request for a refund is received before March 19, 2012. No refunds after March 19, 2012. Substitutions are allowed at any time. There will be no refunds to the presenting authors of accepted papers.
