Advance registration for the 2012 AMCHP Annual Conference is now closed.
To register, or to make changes or attendee substitutions on an existing registration, please visit AMCHP's Onsite Registration counter, which will be located at the West Registration Desk in the Omni Shoreham Hotel.
Pre-registration for Training Institute (TI) Events is closed. Additional attendees will be allowed entry to TI events as space allows. Onsite registration for TI events will only be available for the all-day Saturday Proposal Writing Essentials grant-writing training ($195 fee).
Onsite registration will be available during the following dates and times:
Saturday, February 11: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday, February 12: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Monday, February 13: 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Tuesday, February 14: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Registration Cancellations, Refunds, & Substitutions
The deadline to receive a refund for cancelled registration fees was January 20. We are no longer issuing refunds or credits for cancelled registrations. Attendee substitutions are permitted and may be requested at the onsite registration counters. Written consent from the original attendee must be provided. No-shows are nonrefundable.
