Please carefully select the correct registration type. Note that here you can select only one registration type. You may make other registrations as additional items at the subsequent step.
For ACM Member registration, you will need to provide your valid ACM Membership number on the next page.
For Student registration, you MUST be a full-time student at the time of the conference in February 2016 (not the time of paper submission). To verify your student status:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org and include the email address of someone that can verify your student status (faculty advisor, department chair, etc)
Present your student ID at the registration desk when picking up your badge at the conference.
Visa Support Letters
For those who need a visa to travel in USA, ACM is able to provide visa support letters to attendees as well as authors with accepted papers, posters, or members of the conference committee. Visa application process varies at the US embassies/consulates in different countries, and the requirements may even vary for your different personal situations. Please consult with the US embassy/consulate where you are going to apply for the visa, if possible.
For visa support letters, please mail email@example.com. Those requesting a letter should allow up to one week to receive it. All requests are handled in the order they are received. The information below should be included with the request.
Name (as it appears on attendee’s passport) and mailing address;
The name of the conference (WSDM 2016);
If you are an author of a paper accepted for the conference or a workshop, please provide the workshop name (if relevant), paper ID and the title; For speakers, please provide the title of the talk.
