This one-day certification course introduces participants to the leading-edge area of Project Management, and an initiation to the two most important process improvement toolkits, Lean and Six Sigma. This interactive workshop includes experiential learning, table work, and discussions using case studies, examples, and success stories from the legal profession so that you learn about Six Sigma and Lean in a meaningful and immediately useful context.
