Using the membership classification table below, please determine the appropriate level of membership for you or your business. You will be asked to choose your classification in the application form below. Simply enter your email address and choose a password, then choose the appropriate membership level. Once your application has been processed, you will receive a welcome kit from AFAA National (provided the level you choose includes membership in the national organization) and will be entitled to all of the benefits available to your membership level.

Membership cycle is June 1 - May 31.
