Map and Directions

Greenstone is a multi-disciplined real estate development and construction company whose core business is the development of planned mixed-use communities. Operating in North Idaho and Eastern Washington, Greenstone’s projects are generally large and include a wide range of residential, commercial and community services. Their projects include Meadowwood and River District in Liberty Lake, Coeur d'Alene Place and Montrose in North Idaho, and Kendall Yards in Spokane.

Jim Frank grew up in Coeur d’Alene and received first an engineering degree and then a law degree both from Gonzaga University. He practiced environmental and natural resource law for ten years, and then founded Greenstone in 1983, applying his passion for economic and environmental sustainability to the development of planned communities in our region.
