Note that the webinar info is for CST and not PST and that the $500 registration thru NCSEA has already been paid. The $15 Registration for the offering at Bellevue City Hall can be accessed in the upper right corner of this page.

The webinar starts at 8:00 am (PST) sharp with some pre-seminar logistical information at 7:45

Parking Instruction:
Onsite parking is available
in the City Hall parking garage and will be available on a first come first serve basis. The parking garage can be accessed from 110th Street. Other alternatives to City Hall parking garage include:
  • Car or vanpooling.
  • The Bellevue Transit Center which is adjacent to City Hall or
  • by parking at other lots which can be found at the city's "Other Area Parking Map". Parking validation for exterior lots cannot be provided for this event.
