Thank you for choosing to register for the Buyer Focused Opportunity Strategy workshop.

As you progress through the registration process, you will be presented with two delivery options:
1) Buyer Focused Opportunity Strategy workshop and 2) Buyer Focused Opportunity Strategy workshop + eHuthwaite.

eHuthwaite provides the tools necessary for ongoing reinforcement and to maximise your return on investment, we recommend you opt to include this component in your registration. The Buyer Focused Opportunity Strategy workshop will teach you the skills but eHuthwaite provides an Integrated Learning Experience component that will ensure you turn your newly-acquired skills into habits by embedding them into your daily work practices through targeted measurement, coaching and reinforcement activities. Without this, new skills learned may be lost and intended outcomes not achieved.

What is eHuthwaite?

Changing sales performance.

eHuthwaite is a comprehensive and effective sales performance improvement process designed to accelerate skills development, deliver effective behavioural change and embed sustainable, high-impact work practices. This is achieved through a structured process where each component builds upon and supports the preceding one.

eHuthwaite involves five steps beginning with performance bench-marking and knowledge-based learning before participation in a hands on skills workshop lead by an expert. It continues well after leveraging and reinforcing cognitive knowledge learned and gradually introduces the complexity of real life situations until participants are able to use the skills appropriately in real world experiences.

This is further supported by assessments to identify skill gaps addressed through personal and group development activities. For more information, please click here.
