Writing is an effective way to release stress and improve health and well-being.

In this workshop, you will be guided through a series of therapeutic writing exercises and read select pieces of literature as a source of inspiration.  Share as much or as little as you like.

No writing experience is necessary.    

Join us for this 4-week group held on Thursdays from 12:00pm - 1:00pm on April 2, 9, 16 & 23 in the UM Campus Center, Room #311, in downtown Baltimore.  Please plan to commit to attending all four sessions.
