Registration Description
Early Registration – $260: deadline January 2, 2018 at 11:59 a.m. EST

Regular Registration
– $310: Jan. 2, 2018 - Jan. 26, 2018 at 11:59 a.m. EST 

- $110: through Jan. 26, 2018 at 11:59 a.m. Eastern time  

Under 3 – Free:
Child does not receive meals and must sit on parents’ laps during meals and on tours (for your child to receive meals, register them as a child guest ages 3-12). Note that tour buses will not have child seats available  

Child Guest (ages 3-12) –
$110: Child receives a special children’s meal ticket for all meals and their own seat at the meals (child must be registered to go on a tour that allows children) 

Adult Guest (ages 12 and over)
– $175: Guest will receive adult meals and have a reserved tour seat 

Cancellation Policy There will be a $50 cancellation fee assessed for each conference registration being paid by a state Farm Bureau cancelled before January 26. Full registration will be assessed for any cancellation after January 26. If you are an individual registrant that paid by credit card and cancel your registration before January 26, all but $50 of your registration cost will be refunded by check following the conference.    

Transfer Option – Transfers of like registrations can be made between attendees to avoid the cancellation fee. Transfers can be completed until noon ET on Feb. 2. Transfers must be completed by whoever paid for the registration (i.e. Individual or state Farm Bureau Coordinator) and be emailed to Maggie Good (maggieg@fb.org).  
*No on-site registration will be allowed.

Conference Objectives
  • Bring together Young Farmers & Ranchers (YF&R) members to learn, share, and grow together to build a stronger Farm Bureau.

  • Provide an opportunity for young leaders to network with peers, industry leaders and subject matter experts.

  • Develop leadership skills through general sessions, workshops, and by sharing ideas with other leaders as well as gain training, education and preparation on engaging those not directly involved in agriculture.

  • Motivate members to apply what they have learned in their careers and in their Farm Bureaus. 

  • Provide young farmers with real world skills that can be directly applied on the farm/ranch after the conference.
  • Develop a call to action for members to utilize information they glean and apply ideas developed from the conference in their states.

The American Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture will be auctioning off a number of fun and unique items to bid on to raise money for our organization - and the more items we have the more money we can raise, so we're asking for your help.
