Map and Directions

Set-up times will be on Friday, March 16, 2018 and Saturday, March 17, 2018. The times for setup will be communicated to you via email by Monday, March 5, 2018.  

All booths must stay up until 4:30pm. Booths should be broken down and packed up by 6:30pm.  

Registration Fees:
Vendor
$175 | 8x8 Booth with 1 6' table
$225 | 10x10 Booth with 2 6' tables
$300 | 12x12 Booth with 3 6' tables  

*$30/table for additions  

Exhibitor
$30 | 8x8 Booth with 1 6' table
$75 | 10x10 Booth with 2 6' tables
$125 | 12x12 Booth with 3 6' tables  

*$30/table for additions  

Vendors/exhibitors have the option to purchase a boxed lunch during registration. 

Electrical outlets are also available for use for $50. An electrical outlet is not guaranteed, but we will do what we can to accommodate your request. If we cannot arrange it, money will be refunded.

We are not able to offer WiFi this year. If you would like to connect to the internet, please plan to bring your own hotspot.

Please Note: Cancellations before February 17 will be refunded half of their payment. Cancellations after February 17 will not receive a refund.
