WC Comp Fraud, FMLA Abuse, Employee Integrity Issues

 

We are excited to bring you this session, provide solutions, and learn from experts as well as each other, on how to prevent workers’ compensation fraud, FMLA abuse and the declining integrity in some of our more critical positions.  We are bringing along an expert in the field, Digistream, who will show us creative, and inexpensive ways to combat the false claims, catch the injured employees enjoying their paid time off while recovering from a work-related injury, and provide solutions to possible eroding morale when supervisors don’t apply consistent rules for all employees.

 

We will all learn together to understand how to gain insight into accidents, site security, workplace harassment and high exposure incidents.  This session will also cover how evidence can be uncovered and leveraged in a variety of scenarios. Privacy and legal issues, as well as preserving authenticating and presenting this type of evidence to help win the battle against fraudulent claims and policy abuse.
