Interested in improving your ability to survive and thrive in education? Build your resilience by learning effective, research proven, stress coping mindsets and strategies. Being able to manage stress makes educators more effective in the classroom and happier at home. Stress is not the enemy; learn how you can turn stress into personal growth. This training draws on research on stress, neuroscience, positive psychology, mindfulness, growth mindsets, values, and resilience. The day will be full of interactive opportunities to practice skills and come away with concrete personal plans for putting resilience strategies into practice.
