Map and Directions
The Spring SEAL Meeting is about powerful connections and leading the industry. SEAL is a 55 year old association with the industry's leading manufacturers and distributors who are passionate about sealants and waterproofing.

We are excited to re-visit the Sofitel Magnificent Mile Hotel after a great experience with it back in 2013. Every room has been recently renovated and a new executive chef hired. It's a great location with some of the best shopping and restaurants in the city all within walking distance. SEAL has negotiated a block of rooms starting at $259 plus tax and fees. The block expires on April 3, 2019. Parking will run you about $70.00/night so you may want to arrange for transportation to and from Chicago's O'Hare Intl. Airport, or Midway Airport - both equal distance from the hotel. Upon successful meeting registration here, you will receive a link to book a room within our negotiated room block. To add some fun to the networking opportunities, we have planned a fun night out at ACE Bounce in downtown Chicago for a night of ping pong. Plan on joining us on Monday night after our group dinner for a great time!

SEAL President Alan Ridge and the SEAL Board, have worked hard to secure two great speakers who will be joining us for lunch on Tuesday, and breakfast on Wednesday.

Opportunities and Challenges Facing Subcontractors
Tuesday's lunch will feature Courtney Little, President and General Counsel ACE Glass Construction Corporation and current President of the American Subcontractors Association. He has a wealth of knowledge of the industry from the sub-contractor's perspective, and will be sharing his vision and views on the state of the industry.

How to Intentionally Build a High Performing Culture
We are equally excited to bring to you David Friedman, Founder and CEO of High Performing Culture, LLC (HPC). His company helps organizations to create, drive, and maintain high performing cultures, with a proven system that’s straightforward, practical, and easy to use. The principles that HPC teaches are based on the process he developed while serving as the President of RSI, an employee benefits consulting firm headquartered in Mt. Laurel, NJ. His second book, Culture by Design, was published in 2018 and has already been called “the most useful book ever written on organizational culture.” We look forward to learning from his experience.
