for those who would like to expand and deepen their practice.)
join me in Aspen for the marvelous fall colors and InterSpiritual
Meditation, an integral process drawn from the world's great spiritual
traditions. It is the product of ten years of collaboration with over
fifty esteemed teachers of meditation in our Spiritual Paths programs.
This work began at the Aspen Chapel in the summer of 2002 and has
expanded to over fifty programs throughout the North America.
This short course will explore
the seven steps of InterSpiritual Meditation and provide practical
advice for both personal and group practice. It is a universal,
non-sectarian approach that can be practiced by beginners or experienced
meditators. It doesn't require religious affiliation or belief.
