Dear Friends,

Please join me in Aspen for the marvelous fall colors and InterSpiritual Meditation, an integral process drawn from the world's great spiritual traditions.  It is the product of ten years of collaboration with over fifty esteemed teachers of meditation in our Spiritual Paths programs.  This work began at the Aspen Chapel in the summer of 2002 and has expanded to over fifty programs throughout the North America.

This short course will explore the seven steps of InterSpiritual Meditation and provide practical advice for both personal and group practice.  It is a universal, non-sectarian approach that can be practiced by beginners or experienced meditators.  It doesn't require religious affiliation or belief.
