This course prepares participants become Certified Scrum Masters. The course focuses and knowledge and skills required for leading or operating within a Scrum Team and helps participants begin to develop the tools, insights, and skills required to effectively apply Scrum in their organizations.
On course completion the participants will take the CSM Exam and receive their Scrum Master Certificate and a one-year membership to the Scrum Alliance.
