REGISTRATION FEES: Registration fees include all general sessions, workshops, continuing education credits, conference materials, and all food and beverage group functions, including break­fasts, breaks, lunches, and three evening receptions. First-come, first-serve priority will be given to registrants and workshop selection. Register early, as space is limited and the conference may sell out months in advance.

This rate is good from January 24, 2012 until conference conclusion. Space available basis only. Call 813.988.0737 in advance to confirm availability.

For WIND 2012 workshop presenters only.

This rate is good only for group food/beverage functions. Full registration is required to attend general sessions, workshops, earn CE credits, and receive conference materials. Spouse/companion registrants will receive a special color-coded name badge designated for entry into food and beverage functions only.

Full refunds (less a $50 processing charge and any applicable credit card fees) will be made for cancellations received by January 13, 2012. No refunds will be made after this date. A request for cancella­tions must be submitted in writing via fax 813.988.5837 or email meetingplanner@ windnetwork.com. Refunds will not be given for no-shows or missed travel logistics. Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute or receive conference workshop materi­als in place of a refund, or upon approval, may credit their registration to a future WIND annual conference.
