Since 2009 the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) of the U.S. Department of Labor have enbarked on ambitious compliance and regulatory agendas.  As the number of discrimination charges have increased, so have the number of investigations closed by the EEOC and compliance reviews and administrative complaints initiated by the OFCCP. The agencies' regulatory agendas have been equally ambitious, culminating in the OFCCP's recent publication of proposed regulations and goals for individuals with disabilities.  This webinar will provide an update regarding the compliance and enforcement activities of the EEOC and the Department of Labor/OFCCP and will offer compliance tips and best practices for employers and EEO professionals.
