Do you avoid confrontation at all costs, or find it lurking everywhere you turn? Are you frustrated that people don't see your side? What People Say About the Level I Course:

“Already by my first week of taking the Level 1 class with Shana Deane, I started to notice small, heart-warming shifts in my daily conversations. I talk to a lot of people throughout my day, and yet suddenly each exchange became a chance to plug in on a richer, colorful, more meaningful level. I learned that when people say 'no', to think about what they might be saying yes to... what need this 'no' may serve for them. Meeting with the trainers and my fellow classmates was a treat that I looked forward to each week.”
- LeeAnn Renninger, PhD, Director of Life Labs NYC
