Training modules include: a) CRMC Rules and Regulations, b) the Value of Vegetative Buffers, c) Natural Plant Communities of RI, d) the Ecology of Invasive Species, e) Landscape Site Assessment, f) Invasive Plant Management Plan Development, g) Control Measure Selection and Invasive Plant Removal, h) Restorative Planting; and i) Monitoring and Maintenance.

Beginning in 2012 (and space permitting), those interested in attending the training but not earning certification will be able to register for a reduced fee of $150.

Presented by the University of Rhode Island (URI) Outreach Center in partnership with the Coastal Resources Management Council (CRMC).
