The Iowa Nonprofit Summit is an exciting, educational and invaluable conference for Iowa nonprofits and volunteer management professionals. This annual conference is part of our continuing efforts to promote the exchange of information and resources among nonprofit and volunteer management professionals.

The conference will include outstanding keynote presentations, dozens of break-out sessions on a variety of topics, networking opportunities, and exhibitors demonstrating the latest resources to help nonprofits and volunteer programs excel.

General Attendees -- 
on or before October 17: $195 for both days, or $110 for just one day; onsite registration (will be required after October 17): $220 for both days; or $130 for just one day.

Exhibitors -- "For Profit" organizations: $250 for both days, or $175 for just one day; "Nonprofit" organizations: $225 for both days, or $140 for just one day.  Exhibit fees includes full conference registration for one person.  Electricity is available for an additional $25.  Onsite registration is not available for exhibitors.


  November 7 -- Dr. Ken Culp III, Sr. Specialist for Volunteerism, Department of 4-H Youth Development Cooperative Extension Service, University of Kentucky.  Dr. Culp has served as a Volunteerism Specialist in the Department of 4-H Youth Development at an 1862 land grant university since 1995.  He current provides direct support to 146 community volunteer administrators, who in turn utilize 19,815 adult and 4,489 youth volunteers across the Commonwealth.  The professional and volunteer staff collectively serve 233,271 youth in Kentucky.  He is responsible for volunteer program development, volunteer education and staff development in volunteerism. He was a 4-H Educator and community volunteer coordinator in Whitley County, IN from 1988 – 1994.
  November 8 -- Wendy Spencer, CEO, Corporation for National and Community Service.  Wendy Spencer was confirmed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation for National and Community Service on March 29, 2012, and took office on April 9. Wendy understands firsthand the needs of local communities and has a proven track record of nearly three decades in volunteer management and administration.  Throughout her career, Wendy has held management positions in the private sector, state government, and in major nonprofit organizations. These include serving as campaign director of United Way of Big Bend, Director of the Florida Park Service, and for the past eight years, as Chief Executive Officer of the Florida Governor’s Commission on Volunteerism and Community Service, commonly known as Volunteer Florida.
