Are you clear about your personal leadership style and its true potential? This workshop will help you identify behaviors and attitudes that contribute to and inhibit your success. Using coaching and action-learning techniques, participants will discover the characteristics of their leadership style and what they can do to transform their effectiveness as a manager. This workshop will be delivered in an atmosphere of safety, candor, and humor.

In this workshop, participants will:
  • Develop awareness of their leadership behaviors
  • Identify new tools for transforming behavior patterns that inhibit success
  • Commit to personal goals to build on behaviors that contribute to success

DANIEL DOUCETTE is Principal and Founder of Windfires Leadership Engagement Strategies providing leadership coaching, facilitation and OD consulting to the not-for-profit sector. He co-creates the space for transformative change by motivating staff and volunteers, rationalizing processes and systems, aligning operations functions with strategic priorities, and protocol-izing decision-making.

For over twenty years Daniel has enhanced organization effectiveness while in leadership positions at NGOs dedicated to environmental conservation, public health, inter-cultural education and the performing arts, with budgets ranging from $30,000 to $75 million.

His technical expertise includes board governance, strategic planning, human resource development, budgeting & financial modeling, non-profit accounting, grants & contracts administration, international operations management, project launch & close-out, and IT project management.  Daniel has worked in Southeast Asia, sub-Saharan Africa, and throughout Latin America, and is fluent in Spanish..
